- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you can return it for a refund or replace.
You have 3 calendar days from the date you received it to send a mail with a photo and a short description of a damages in the received item on sales@vestibular.ru
You have 7 calendar days from the date you received it to send an item back using tracked shipping.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refund. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your via original method of payment or send you similar item.
Shipping costs. If the item arrived is damaged or faulty, shipping costs are refundable. You pay for shipping the item back, shipping costs should be reimbursed via original method of payment.
- If you change your mind and want an item no longer, you have 60 calendar days from the date you received it to send an item back using tracked shipping.
